Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your White Fox items, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in original condition with tags attached and free from make-up or tan marks.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original swing tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Post Your Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once your return is processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your store credit code to use on your next wardrobe refresh.
